At Big love Creative, we take pride in the quality of our creations and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order. we're here to help.
Returns
Eligibility: You may return any unused and unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products will not available to refund or return- due to these items being customized at time of sale.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Including All original packaging.

Refunds
Processing time: Once we receive your return item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If Approved- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 Business Days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet- First confirm with your bank institution as this might be delayed due to their own processing times.
Items damaged due to transit with Australia Post:
Once your items have left our Warehouse, Your package is no longer our responsibility. We are in no way responsible to provide an exchange or refund for any items damaged during transit with Australia Post. Should your package arrive damaged, you need to lodge a request directly through Australia Post.
Consumer Guarantees: Our Products come with Guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to any major failure.
